Project Enquiries

When reaching out about a potential project, helpful information includes:

This information helps us prepare meaningful initial responses. However, we welcome enquiries at any stage of planning, including early exploratory conversations before specific project parameters are defined.

The best heritage programmes begin with conversation—understanding organisational culture, goals, and constraints shapes every subsequent decision.

Consultation Process

Initial consultations are conducted without charge. We discuss your situation, explain relevant service options, and provide preliminary guidance. If a project moves forward, we develop detailed proposals with specific scopes, timelines, and costs.

We respect organisational confidentiality throughout our work. All discussions, site visits, and project activities remain confidential unless you choose to publicise them.

Disclaimer: Response times may vary during peak periods. Initial consultations provide general guidance and do not constitute formal professional advice. Specific recommendations require detailed assessment of your materials and circumstances.
